Downtown Covina
The turnover for the property maintenance man was often, and the neighbors are loud at night and there is no one on the property to monitor them. Cars get broken into, and there were fights on the streets directly in front of the apartment. All the renovations in the world cannot hide the level of this place. By the time we moved out, the paint was peeling off the walls and everything was breaking . The manager will try to tell you that they are just "water bugs", but no, they are roaches and they are EVERYWHERE.
It has building amenities including swimming pool, and outdoor space. Back in October my daughter and I came by to check out the apartments here. We were about 20 minutes early to our appointment, so we decided to just wait in the car on the street. These 20 minutes is what changed our minds on this place.

No words can express how lucky I am to have found this place! Starbucks across the street right before I go to class at APU.. I would genuinely recommend this place to everyone. It is such a breath of fresh air walking into this place! After the horrid apartment search hunting and viewing other places whith furniture still in it from the past resident.

As we were waiting we noticed a couple of people walking around with shopping carts filled with clothes. We saw them lounging on the grass and even saw some coming in and out of the apartment complex. Finally it was time to go in and as we approached the front gate we saw some syringes on the floor with some other drug paraphernalia. I saw a tenant come out and asked if it was normal to see all the homeless people and the man had told me it was normal and they freely come in and out. That’s when I decided we were not going to look any further. The prices they’re demanding and what you’re getting.
